Windows reboot error

Hi All,

Getting an unusual error when using the "Restart Windows" step.

We have been given two test servers to work with.

One server reboots fine and the other throws this message

{exception=System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80070000): The operation completed successfully. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070000)
at System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.ThrowExceptionForHRInternal(Int32 errorCode, IntPtr errorInfo)
at System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.ThrowExceptionForHR(Int32 errorCode)
at dotNETWebActions_Windows.RestartWindows.Execute(ActionRequest req, ISession s, IActionRegistry reg);returnCode=1;returnResult=The operation completed successfully. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070000);sessionId=new session;isSessionOn=False;Result=The operation completed successfully. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070000);}

Our Windows guys have had a look on the server and said nothing stands out.

Any ideas?

Re: Windows reboot error

Hello Devildiablo

Fron previous support tickets, it was found this happens when the wrong host is provided, so could you please double check it?

Also, could you please confirm if the server is actually restarted or not?

Thanks!
