Your filter doesn't match any archetype (HP OO 10 w/ Maven)

Jump to solution

After running:

mvn archetype:generate -DarchetypeCatalog=file://$HOME/.m2/repository

in my cmd prompt, I receive the message "Your filter doesn't match any archetype". Should archetype com.hp.oo.sdk:oo-plugin-archetype appear automatically if HP OO 10 is installed on my machine? Or is there an additional step I have to take? I've been following the HP OO Action Developers Guide, but can't build my first sample project. All help greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello Santafebound,

Thank you for contacting HPE Forum.

My name is Andrey, I am from the OO/CSA team.

Regarding your question,  please use the full path in here: "file://C:\Users\Administrator\.m2\repository" instead of the "$HOME" variable, because it seems that it gave us problems too.

I hope this information helps you.

Best Regards,
