I tried changing the password for my OO database, using the tool change-db-props.

I can login on the database with MS SQL Server Management Studio, but OO Central fails to start, with the error message "java.sql.SQLException: Login failed for user 'oouser'." in central_wrapper.log.

When I run the change-db-props tool, the output is:

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.iconclude.dharma.commons.
security.DharmaEncrypterBase).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

I did what the document described at http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM1041212.

Unfortunately my central_wrapper.log still shows "java.sql.SQLException: Login failed for user 'oouser'."

When I open https://localhost/PAS, the result is https status code 503, SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE.

Please let me know how I can troubleshoot it.

Please open a support case - The process for changing the password can vary per version of OO.
