impossible to start ps-wizard.bat the powershell wizard with windows 2012
i made a fresh install of windows 2012R2 US and OO 10.50 (i tried also with 10.51 and 10.60),
my problem is when i try to execute the ps-wizard.bat script, nothing appear .
Just a log file "ps-wizard.log" with nothing inside !
Inside the script, I changed javaw.exe by java.exe and i have this error :
C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Operations Orchestration\studio\tools>OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM warning: ignoring option MaxPermSize=128m; support was removed in 8.0
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\PSWizard\PowerShellCSx64.dll: A dynamic link library (DLL)
initialization routine failed at java.lang.ClassLoader$NativeLibrary.load(Native Method)
ps-wizard.bat => C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Operations Orchestration\studio\tools\
ps-wizard.log => C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Operations Orchestration\studio\tools\logs
An idee to help me ?

> started ps-wizard from same CMD-prompt
Nothing shows, empty log...
ALL other wizards work fine
On the systems where you are encountering this error can you install or make sure that you have installed the full .netframework 4.5.1 (some windows versions have 4.0 or some subset of 4.5.x installed). Once you have the full .netFramework installed try running the ps wizard again.
I just tried it on my windows 10 laptop with both 10.50 and 10.60 and it works on my end using the default OO java version for each of the releases.
Hope this helps,
Thanks for the suggestion!
When trying to do so, the .Net 4.5.1 installer (NDP451-KB2858728-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe) says:
The .NET Framework 4.5 and this update are already installed on your computer.
and it refuses to install.
in case for any reason 4.5.1 doesn't work try 4.5.2 (normally it should work with 2012 as it comes by default with 4.5.0). I've just tried it on a windows 2012 and windows 2012R2 and did not encounter any issues with powershell wizard.
