Can OO use the API interface provided by sharepoint to update and delete sharepoint?

Thank you for your answer. When I use "Http Client Post" to call the API of SharePoint, I keep receiving the "403 Forbidden" error (already using a user with permission), so I want to know how should I set the parameters?

For example, I want to implement a simple create action

url: http://win-kp7ulin15k0:10000/_api/lists
