sitescope webservices call failure

Hi All, 

I am facing error while executing the getQuickReport api call from HPE OO. when execute it from SOAP UI, it works fine, but from HPE OO, it throws some error. 

below is the xml payload.

and I am getting below error. 

"com.mercury.sitescope.api.configuration.exception.ExternalServiceAPIException: start_time or end_time params must be specified (in milliseconds)"

I have tried all combinations, but it still doesn't work. 

Please help me on this

Thank you for contacting Micro Focus Forum.

My name is Carlos, I am from the OO/CSA team.

 

Could you please share with us the SOAP UI that works? Also, could you please let us know your OO and SiteScope versions?

 

From the error, it seems like OO can't find the start_time and end_time parameters when it calls SiteScope making the call fail.
