Use a sql operation like  'TNS Names SQL Query' to retrieve the 1st row.  In the results parse the information you need in a flow variable - list_ x, list_y and list_z.  Set the assignment action to APPEND.  Set a format filter to append a delimiter like a comma.  Use the more items transistion to call itself to retrieve the next row.   You made need to add filter to get rid of 'No More Rows Available'
