Anyone else excited over the new Star Trek movie?

Every time I watch trailer #3 I want to watch the movie more and more.
Can't wait for May 8 to catch it at the IMAX!

From the trailers, it looks like they have revitalised the franchise.
Looking forward to seeing it.

I agree. BTW, is that "Dawson" as James T. Kirk? Kinda looks like him.

The *young* James T. Kirk. It's the kid riding around on the motorcycle
at the beginning of trailer #3.

Yes, and I get goosebumps every time I see the trailer.

I may suffer and actually go to the movie theater to see it rather than
watching it on my home theater.

Yeah, before he got fat and talked funny. (I should say before he got
pudgy, as he's not really morbidly obese)

There's actually an actor who's just been playing the part of James T.
Kirk for many years. He's a Canadian, named William Shatner.

The new movie doesn't have the dudes who played Scottie or Bones either.

Making Shatner 20 again would not be a simple thing.

I may make the 3 hour trip to Manhatten to see it on the big, big screen. 🙂
