Best monitoring tool för a small OES shop

Hi all,

what is your favorite tool to monitor a small (oes) network, that is OES, Zenworks, groupwise and other things like MS Sql, printers, switches etc
What is easiest and best in your opinion, Check_mk, nagios?
Don't have to be free, but not to expensive

Every tool is a bit different even if they all claim to do the same
thing. Opinions are useful but in the end you will have to decide for
yourself.
