Citrix Print Spooler

Print spooler says it's not running for one of my users. I deleted
extraneous printers from his machine and made a Windows printer the default
(not NDPS).

His local spooler says it's running. Any idears?

Have same user login using other workstation to isolate.
Then delete the crappy drivers causing the problem, if that is what it is.

Ps, deleting printers just removes a pointer, the problem may still be in
the WS Files and Registry.
