Re: Cool Party Trick

I accidentally did that a couple weeks ago. It was really neat. (Though it
would not have been if those were my last two bottles.)

Don't know how good a beer-cicle would be.

Re: Cool Party Trick

Pretty lousy. When the beer melts, it loses its fizz and goes flat.
About all it's good for then, is for making the cheese sauce for welsh
rabbit, or any other recipe calling for beer.

Good to know, I won't try making any beer-cicles then.

That happens all the tine here. Brazilians won't drink beer that is
above 0 degrees, it is usually -3 or -4. The beer is so bad here it is
the only way to stomach it.

Re: Cool Party Trick

I'm surprised to hear that. My experience with South American beers has
been that they are pretty good. Then again, it might have been that it
was so hot and humid, that anything liquid and cold, containing alcohol,
tasted like ambrosia after a week or two in the jungle. Maybe I should
just stick to the ron and aguardiente?
