Years ago, I viewed samples of the code side-by-side. Yes, this was at an
SCO technical seminar.

At that time, there were many examples of plagiarized code. Perhaps that
has been corrected since then.

Well, the code that SCO had been showing at their "road shows" has been
later proved to not be "native" Unix code but rather BSD code on which SCO
clearly had no copyright. So rather than Linux copying form Unix System V,
it was both systems copying from free BSD code.

They already did. He will be in charge of suing SCO for copyright
infringement on Linux. 😛

I remember them talking about code and then somewhere the experts
pointed out that the code wasn't even theirs to begin with.
