Enhancement requests

Four years ago, while working for Novell, I put in an enhancement
request for BorderManager on behalf of my customer - that request just
got assigned to someone !!! I'm so excited 😉

Does he have maint? If not, he won't get the patch assuming one is
released 😄

they certainly did have maintenance when I was there - I was their DSE -
500+ servers and 50,000+ users.

Which is fine if the rule is that "If you had maintenance when you
submitted the request, you'll get the patch when it's released half a
decade later". 🙂
