Gallery 2.x and Photoshop Elements?

I use Aperture on my Mac, and my husband uses Photoshop Elements on his PC.
I have a cool snapin that allows me to upload files to my Gallery
installation, and I want to try to find the same thing for Joe to use on his
Photoshop Elements. Anyone using such a beast?

Thanks.

Well, you have better luck than me, cause I did that and didn't find
anything workable. I'll try again.
