Happy Thanksgiving

For you folks in the US: Have a nice, relaxing, happy Thanksgiving weekend.

For you folks not in the US: What are you doing looking here? Don't you
have some work to do?

I gave up working at this time of the evening when it started stressing
me out 😛 [And when I decided I wasn't getting paid enough to do it
regularly, chiz.]

Re: Happy Thanksgiving

kgroneman said something like:

We like our Thanksgiving's so much, we do two of them! The one tomorrow
is with the extended family at my brother's place, and then on Friday
we have one at our house for our kids and their significant others.
That way we have leftovers!
Oh, and I bought the new Star Trek movie for our viewing pleasure after
dinner.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too!

Actually they have MORE work to do because their call centers are
picking up the slack from us lazy Americans taking the day off.

Well most of us.. I'll be doing some server updates this weekend.

To that end, I plan on "accidentally" dropping my blackberry in the toilet.

Hey Bob Mahar:

Ya know...that old "off" button works just about as good....the only
problem is it doesn't give you the excuse afterwards like dropping in the
toilet would, but it's cheaper to fix.

We had one delivered to that was being problematic.. It wasn't until
handling it for a while were we informed the user had dropped it in a
toilet.

Re: Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Turkey Day, Grasshopper Herder, and all else who devine the prime
bird. Feast here tomorrow for the family, pick up No. 1 Son from the airport
Saturday night returning from 3 years overseas in Uncle Sam's Canoe Club for
leave before reassignment, then feast again on Sunday for the entire local
contigent of the clan; oughta be downright fun days.....

You know how it is - looking for answers in the forum because all the
developers working on the SRs I have open are in the states and
therefore celebrating Thanksgiving 🙂

We're doing something similar. Dinner tomorrow at my sister's, but our son
will be in Tampa with his girl friend's family, and my daughter and
grandson will be at her fiance's mother's (there is a little tension
between my daughter and the sister hosting the dinner). Robert will be here
with his girlfriend on Saturday, so we will have my mother and stepfather
and the kids over for our own dinner.
