Yeah, I know; It's a tabloid! I didn't buy it, just picked it up at a friends
house cause the Bingo story was all over the cover.

I noticed that -- when my sister went there it was less about the size
of the enrollment -- a lot of state schools have gone that route.

Well, my impression of Binghamton (and for that matter Norwich) is that
there is an element of 'town that time forgot' about them.
