How do you (if you can) mark a thread as read in Exchange email on your
iPhone?

You cannot - there is no "mark as read" on the iPhone in any version yet
(something that really needs to be added!).

Re: IOS4

It wasn't an issue until threading! 🙂

Well, I don't know - I wish there was a "select all" in the edit screen, and a
"mark as read" as one of the options.

Re: IOS4

I mean, it was annoying but now I click on the thread, and THEN I have to
select the individual messages! 🙂

Re: IOS4

The best way is throw your iPhone down against a concrete floor, stomp on it
a couple times then go find a you real mobile phone like a BlackBerry or
Android.

That fixes it everytime.....

Alternatively you could just gaze into its glorious screen and remember
that you HAVE an iPhone and those who are beneath you do not. The
problem is with those that CAN mark a thread as read... not with you.

Re: IOS4

Ahhh while I was gazing into my wonderful mobile device's screen, I noticed
my screen is bigger than even the iPhone 4's then I turned it to it's side
and found that I have HDMI output.

Ohhh that's right, I have a EVO and I do feel sorry for the iPhone users but
it's ok, I let the iPhones access my EVO's Wifi since after all, iPhones
only have 3G and I have 4G......

🙂

Hows the battery life on that? I saw one article that basically said
you better bring carry a car battery with you to get through the day.

Re: IOS4

Out of the box, the battery is TERRIBLE but after a little tweaking it's
much better, turning off the GPS helps as lot as everytime you start a app
it seems that the GPS kicks on.

So far I have it down to about 2 days, it also seems that letting it
discharge all the way and recharging helps too.

And when I to fire up the hotspot on it, it better be plugged in or else it
will drain the battery in 2 hours which is almost as good as a MiFi.
