No worries, they can easily take a 17% decline, in the fall things will look up with the launch of Windows 7. Server 2008 is should also pick up momentum... Since most PC's run windows, if there is a decline in demand for pc's ms operating system sales would go down too. The two variables correlate with each other 😛 Also Office 2010 is being done right now, with a technology preview due to be out soon, saw a video on it on channel9, that msdn video site.

I decided to run Linux instead of Windows. I saved money doing so. 😄
