That's true. It would be better but this is what we have and it is more than nothing. Of course if somebody will find a newer version (this is v1.0) than I would say thank you.
🙂

If it works, don't fix it.

Re: Netware ScreenSaver

3.x. It was Afterdark's creation. Seemed like there were only 2
screensavers back then, the stars and flying toasters.

I remember NT 3.x had the tubular spiral marquee, which hogged the CPU much
to my clients' chagrin.

Hi guys!

Do you know if there is a screen saver for win XP which looks like Netware screen saver?
It would be great fun. 🙂

Thanks

I did develop (a few years ago) a pretty (IMHO) screensaver with the novell snake like. You can configure until four processors (virtually of course) and you can unlock screensaver with NDS users password or a plain text password (to let administrators users to unlock any workstation on the LAN).

You can download it from here:

Let me know if it runs yet. 🙂

There used to be a replacement for the Netware screensaver too.
IIRC something from Frye Utilities with an ambulance driving over the
screen.

Kind regards,

Re: Netware ScreenSaver

I'm simple, but NO genius. Everyone here will tell you that, in no uncertain terms with flattering and unflattering nouns, pronouns, adjetives and verbs.

i.e. "He's a walking rock."

but they will not say I'm a (L)user.

I think....

How's your shoulder, Fluffy? Healing up well, I hope.

Tomorrow is my day to go in and have my toes worked on. I'm getting a
little scared.

I find that I'm having to take less and less narcotics as the time since the surgery gets longer, so I guess it worked.

Re: Netware ScreenSaver

The latest servers we are installing have 8 cores, i.e. 8 "snakes" on screen with NW 6.5 SP7. Wonder how far it will scale?

CNE3,4,5,6, HP ASE Ask me about NetWare before V1.0 Advanced! I know HP, DELL, IBM and a few other languages 😄

Voyeur was one of the great screen savers in that collection.
