Now that is something I didn't expect on Fringe

Was watching an episode of Fringe the other day and at the beginning
they were playing "Bela Lugosi's Dead" by Bauhaus.

Had to dig out the single and now that I'm listening to it I might have
to dig out some more Bauhas...

Susan,

I was a bit concerned with the very first few episodes, but it settled
down, and it's now required viewing in our house - we're just worried
that one day those giant letters will fall down and hurt someone 🙂

We like it - and did you see who showed up at the end of the season finale?

LOL! Yes, the show can definitely be on the fringe story-wise, but
there's also enough humor in it to keep it from being too far off left
field. : )

I was going - no, surely not. Especially given a couple of episodes
prior there was references to that tv show... 🙂

Those giant letters immediately reminded me of the display on my GPS.
When it is in 3D it will sometimes put up the name of some town using
big giant letters that look very similar to the font and style they use
on fringe.

The GPS only presents the big giant letters occasionally.
It took a while to train myself not to glance out expecting to see big
giant letters ahead.

Yeah, those darn meteorologists keep putting those big "L" and "H" letters on the map and I NEVER see them pass overhead. That's why I think they're not telling the truth.
