Password Sync Resources

Does anyone have a good online how-to/resource for getting MSSQL user objects to sync with eDirectory? I'm the admin for a small office with less thatn 100 employees that uses NetWare 6.5, and we are planning on forcing a password change. The thing is we have 3-4 products that run off of a MSSQL database which authenticate against SQL for logging in to those applications. Besides ridding a major security no-no for how we're keeping records of the passwords, I need to go through all of those systems whenever we are going to require a password update. I'd like to set it up so that I can have eDir prompt for a new password and it will automatically update all of those systems, but I just haven't had much of a chance lately to look for how to do this if it is possible. Can anyone point me in a good direction to find out how to do this? Thanks!

You might want to ask this in the Identity Manager (IDM) forums.....
