We used to use one in the eDirectory ATT class, let me see if I can find
it....

Found it - "getif".

I'm wondering if maybe my OES1 server needs to be reinstalled as Windows
so it can be infected and Conficker can fix the d***ed fan that's driving
me crazy.

Re: SNMP Walker/Browser??

That's one way to fix it!

I remember my old company...some folks were "happy" we lost a consultant due
to the wage savings. I said, "imagine how much we could save if we lost all
of our employees!?!?!".

No rent, no benefits, no taxes, no wages!

🙂

Now if your computer would just die there wouldn't be that fan to contend
with!

When I worked in systems engineering and administration, I always said
the job would be a lot easier without the &^*@## users. 😉

Re: SNMP Walker/Browser??

snmpwalk if you're using unix

snmpwalk -c [community string] -v [version] hostname [OID]

Yeah, I found it to be very good and was glad to use it in the class.
