Sophos question

I'm trying to setup a Sophos enterprise console, particularly the
parent option.

I've tried both the sites that are listed in there:

http://es-central-3.sophos.com/update and
http://es-latest-3.sophos.com/update

I put my proxy info in, this box is on a vlan that's allowed out to the
web, and it won't connect to either of those 'parents' when I apply the
changes.

Anyone know if there's some specific port that may be used aside from
80 or 443?

I'm glad it was that, because I sure didn't recall opening any
specific ports for it.

Where does the console put the installation packages in case a person
would want to install the a/v software manually? I can't seem to find
them.
