Tankless water heaters

Anyone deal with tankless waterheaters?

Looking at getting one from these folk -
http://www.americantanklesswaterheaters.com/
What caught my eye is the "true lifetime warranty" (yes, i know its only as
good as the existance of the company).

I had a gas one (Differant company) and had good luck with it. Never runs
out of hot water.
From what I read the electric ones took A LOT of amps to run.

It rules. Don't bother with the fancy tempearture adjuster doodad, just
use your taps to mix the water like usual.

Re: Tankless water heaters

My cousins just built a new multi-million dollar home and installed the
tankless water heater due to the bathroom locations. They swear by it!
