That phrase applies to so many of Micro Focus products, that is it
doesn't help in guiding you anywhere.
What product(s) is(are) involved would be a great place to start.
Error codes outside of context like what you posted doesn't help, like
is this seen within the unspecified client? In an unspecified web page?
Does this pop up on your Car windshield?

We can't read your mind or see what your eyes saw, so please give us
some context. This does sound like a specific product support issue
that might be better in a more specific forum, but then we are back to
the missing Context.

That was on "Novell website - Services & Support - Customer Center - My
profile" when I was trying to authenticate.
