Give her a REALLY strong magnet for the side of her case... tell her
it's your way of saying "I'm sorry".

Re: User issue

a policy just for her that swaps her mouse buttons around
changes her screensaver to the bsod screensaver, and is set to 1minute
screenshot her desktop with all the icons, hide the icons & set the
screenshot as the background - click all you want, hah!
sets the color scheme to high contrast
and my favorite? set shell=basilisk.exe (it might take a minute or two of
setup, but http://basilisk.cebix.net/ is well worth the time, & the windows
port is written so you cant just alt+tab out of the app once it is full
screen, so the user is stuck. nothing gets the WTF??!?! look/audio snippet
than the mac os7.6.1 *biiing* boot screen after the person logs into
windows)

a second policy to undo all of that upon logout if user accuses you of
any wrong doing - then you can say "oh, i guess a reboot fixed the problems
only you were having eh?"
