Windows Font Issue

I have a user who can't display Tahoma properly, in any browser. Checked
fonts, printers, displays, seems okay. We're going to do a repair, but any
smart people have any smart ideas?

How does it look if you open the font file in c:\windows\fonts? Show
correctly there?

Looked fine from Control panel. Isn't that the same thing?
