cisco cluster

Trying to add a 3560 switch to my current cluster that will replace a
3550.

Switches trunked together via fiber, commander can see the replacement
as a cluster candidate.

When I run the cluster commander command from the replacement, it works
fine, but a short while later I get a message the switch was dropped
from the cluster.

When I try running the cluster member add command from the commander, I
get the error the switch is unreachable.

Suggestions?
