Sorry, I was going to sign my girlfriend up for 6 months and myself for
12, got the prices confused, that and there has been a price increase 😞

12 months for me would have asked NZ$400 (USD285)
6 months for my partner NZ$170 ~USD120 (she gets a discount).

Costs are probably subsidised by our rates...

LOL! Very true!

Nuts are also good for raising one's 'good' cholesterol and lowering the
bad kind.

Re: dietician

Thanks everyone!

As for the excercise....that is one of my biggest needs. Walking and
riding bike is it for me ...for now. I can't do anything very
strenuous at all, but I have started walking on a treadmill...hopefully
to start off through the neighborhood in a few weeks. I can only do
about 15-20 minutes at a time right now, but I am going to the gymn
everyday after work. Since I work on a gov't site, I get membership
for $216/year, they have 4 fitness centers on post, one in the building
I work in.

I keep water on hand always. Not sure how much I drink a day, I should
measure it sometime. I drink a bit.

Seems that no matter what I eat the past 2 weeks, I can't get my blood
glucose below about 120. About another 30-45 days before I go back to
doc.

Re: dietician

The big thing is to be consistant. Every other day for 15 minutes.

Would you say that a little slower please? I don't speak idiot and I
might understand what you're saying if you speak slowly and succinctly
