I'm not too surpirsed at the drivers talking on cell phones who don't see
me directing traffic, but how in the .... do you not see a train?

Re: driving while texting

Texting while listening to music with the volume really cranked up, is a
possible scenario.

Re: driving while texting

Whats wrong with texting while driving? New Jersey (male) drivers, text,
jam to tunes, and eat a sammitch while driving. The women drivers on the
other hand... Text on one phone, talk on the other, put on make up and
eat a bagel all whilst driving.

I'm still going to physical therapy once a week thanks to the guy that
ran a stop light and t-boned my car last year. He was texting instead of
watching the road. Kinda takes the humor out of it for me...

I don't know which was worse, the guy that ran a red light at 45 mph and
t-boned us a few years ago, or his insurance company that refused to talk
to me because they hadn't heard from the driver.

oh yes, then ensuing battle with the insurance company, a "repaired" car
with less 23,000 miles on it that rattles and shakes so bad on the
highway we're afraid to drive it, zero trade-in value, and 2 more years
of payments to make. Good times...
