Access direct RDP with admin credentials

hello, how to Use credentials provider to let the user use the admin account to access the server without knowing the admin credentials (use direct RDP),

I think you are after the Credential Provider feature in PAM, but just to be sure, please take a look at the various approaches for Privileged Access to Windows in our documentation:
