I create a rule which perform passwd base on section 5.2.1. then use
the user who belong the group assign to this rule.
but he perform "usrun password <another account>", it show a error
message below:
/usr/bin/usrun[39]: Cannot fint Command Control Manager service -
Permission denied.

If my agent could not connect NPUM Server or other reason let the error

Re: Cannot find Command Control Manager Service

Hi
I check unifid.log of agent device...it show a error message.
Error, peer verification error for tnpum(192.168.0.114) accessing
regclnt.svcInfo unable to verify the first certificate
and the host of framework console still keep "unlicensed" (I have
install partner license)....

If the Command Control Manager error message cause from this cerfiticate
(Because manager/agent could not communicate well) or other reason ?

Re: Cannot find Command Control Manager Service

Glad you were able to resolve the issue yourself. Always check the
unifid.log for errors and start from there. My guess is that you had
resolution problems and that is why you got that error. Let us know what
you changed.

Re: Cannot find Command Control Manager Service

I just add DNS Record of NPUM and agent host...then re-install agent
again.
