Disk space requirements for audit DB files
Recommended Hardware
All the tests are executed on the following recommended hardware and the test results are documented in the sections that follow:
ComponentCPUMemoryHard Disk
Framework Manager | 2 CPUs @ 2.20GHz or above | 8 GB | 5 GB |
Agent | 2 CPUs @ 2.20GHz or above | 4 GB | 10 GB |
Video Offload | 4 CPUs @ 2.20GHz or above | 8 GB | 100 GB |
Audit Manager | 2 CPUs @ 2.20GHz or above | 8 GB | 100 GB |
Does this mean this mean the disk space requirement for Audit Manager is 100GB allocated for /opt/netiq/npum/service/local/audit?

Should be allocated for /opt/netiq/npum/ presuming you haven't modified any default storage locations for audits or video recordings. Most of the storage will be within the directory you mentioned though.
And a lot of this entirely depends on your usage requirements: e.g. how many sessions per day, video or no video audits + fps config, duration of the session, how active each session is, etc.
