Failed to load module rexec

During the installation of NPAM agent v 3.0.1 on windows servers, it displays the following error messages:

*Error, init_audit line: 1563 rv=721072:The specified service has been marked for deletion.
*Error, NPUM driver is not initialized. Try restarting NPUM service or system restart.
*Error, Failed to load module rexec: Unknown error

Alternatively, restart the agent service but continue in the web view shows the error in the rexec (registered but offline) package. Your support to correctly register the missing module.
Thank you

Re: Failed to load module rexec

I haven't seen this issue before and suspect perhaps the program was attempted to be uninstalled or the service deleted. It must be in a strange state currently because of this.. After doing some research, perhaps there is a DeleteFlag that has been set on the npum service (HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\npum\DeleteFlag)? https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/games_windows_10/the-specified-service-has-been-marked-for-deletion/14ef18c0-cd8a-49c6-8784-6cf6f9c896ed. Could perhaps try to uninstall and install the rexec package from the Package Manager to this agent in the Hosts Console: https://www.netiq.com/documentation/privileged-account-manager-3/npam_admin/data/blh1n0t.html. Does the agent show as online in the Hosts console? Could try to re-register the agent with the manager: https://www.netiq.com/documentation/privileged-account-manager-3/npam_install/data/bjfg2lc.html#bqr8emo. If all else fails, perhaps an uninstall and reinstall if this is indeed an agent.
