Installing Internal Certificate

Hi,

We are trying to install a certificate from customer Internal Certificate Auth but when we tried, this error presented:

Now when i checked the log this presented:

How can we properly install a certificate from customers internal certificate authority?

Hi,

You need to create an CSR from the Framwork Manager, which then you get
signed by the CA. The CA when signing the CSR will give you a public
certificate which you then can install.

The error you're getting (last one) could point to the CA is issuing a
certificate bases on something else than the CSR you gave them.
