PAM3.5: videos not generating with windows 2016
I am using PAM 3.5 and have agent installed on windows 2016 and rules configured properly but PAM is not generating any activity report(video) for windows server 2016 while working for windows 2012R2.
Does PAM 3.5 SP2 supports Windows 2016? or any additional config required?
So no video recording is taking place, but the session and keystroke audits are working?
Or no audit is being captured at all of the session?
What is shown for the session in the Reporting Console? Is video capture reported here as enabled?

I recommend opening a Service Request for Support to take a look. Otherwise, take a look at the Agent's unifid.log for any potential problems as well as the Manager's unifid.log.
