Problem in .rdp file execution

Hello community:

I have version 3.2.0-5 of PAM installed.

When you download and run the .rdp file from "My Access" (to access Windows servers, via RDP-Relay), the window is maximized.
.
The problem is that, if I have 2 monitors (or even 3), the window is maximized, using the 3 screens.

Can someone tell me how to configure, so that this .rdp file is only maximized to one screen? 😉

Thank you.

Re: Problem in .rdp file execution

I agree with you, I have an enhancement where we can hopefully bring this into the UI as a configurable option.

As a workaround, in PAM 3.2, modify the following file:
/opt/netiq/npum/service/local/admin/docs/myaccess/js/myaccess.js

There should be two occurances of:
"span monitors:i:1\r\n" +
"use multimon:i:1\r\n" +

Try setting to :0 instead of :1 and/or possibly removing those lines as desired.

Then restart PAM service and try it out. Let me know how it goes 🙂

Also, I believe PAM plans to add an option for this in the UI when launching RDP Relay. Keep an eye out for that in an upcoming release.

Re: Problem in .rdp file execution

PAM 3.6.0.1 has an option to toggle "Enable Multiple Monitor" support when launching the session.

See Release Notes.
