Unable to connect to SSH client after credential checkout

We have PAM 3.2 installed and are currently configuring it. I have two hosts set up for SSH relay and see them listed under the SSH tab at https://<fmconsole>/myaccess. If I click on the host, the Java SSH client appears and I am able to log in to the host. However, if I either click the Reload button in the upper right corner or check-out a credential and then attempt to connect to hosts via SSH by clicking on the name in the SSH tab, I get the error message in the browser:
Unable to find user name in the cookie or set the input parameter 'targetHost' in the request'.

Has anyone else seen this? Is this a bug?

Re: Unable to connect to SSH client after credential checkou

This appears to be an issue with Firefox only. IE and Chrome do not exhibit the same problem.

May be the cookie/session expired, you could retry after relogin to myaccess page.

Re: Unable to connect to SSH client after credential checkou

Not a cookie/session issue. If I login and then click the reload button, the issue appears.

Re: Unable to connect to SSH client after credential checkou

I am not able to duplicate this in Firefox.

Scenario #1 - Clicking Reload then ssh-relay session:
- Login to MyAccess
- Launch SSH-Relay session for some host (works), then quit it.
- Select Reload icon in top-right.
- Launch SSH-Relay session for host (works)
Note: Based on your description, this step fails for you, correct?

Scenario #2 - Checking out credential then ssh-relay session:
- Login to MyAccess
- Launch SSH-Relay session for some host (works), then quit it.
- Select Applications tab and checkout some credential real quick
- Select SSH tab and launch an ssh-relay session (works)
Note: Based on your description, this step also fails for you, correct?

Am I missing any details in between or are these steps / sequences correct when it fails for you?

One thing to try, perhaps some browser addon is interferring, try disabling all (if any) browser addons for Firefox and try again.
