Unable to set new password for Framework manager

Error:No module available

while installing Framework Manager console of NETIQ Privileged User Manager 2.3.3 in linux 32 bit system a window is prompted for setting new password with 8 characters after entering the default credentials which is user:admin password:novell but when the password is provided the above said error message is shown.Please help me to resolve this issue.

That version of PUM is pretty old! There are a lot of great new features now that we are on 3.2! 🙂
