We usually do not provide extra platform certification for past releases of PPM - so feel free to ask for Red Hat 7.7 official support, but that will only apply to future PPM versions (I'm referring to 9.4X here).
That being said, PPM is certified on Red Hat 7.6, so unless there are impactful changes in 7.7, we do not expect any issue to happen with 7.7.
We understand that point. Considering what you said, we would like to know if installing this instance of PPM on a Red Hat 7.7 would make us lose the Micro Focus support for this client.
Unfortunately if it's not listed in the PPM Support Matrix then Support may decide that it's not supported and reject any case created on such an environment.
I'd advise you to create a single new Idea here to officially support Red Hat 7.7 in a future PPM version.
