9.31 and IE11 compatibility mode

Jump to solution

Our organization is rolling out IE11, but it will be restricted to running in compatibility mode only for some time due to some other applications. Will PPM 9.31 work with this?

Hi Erik,

There is no problem if you run IE 11 in compatibily mode.

Can you comment on how 9.31 is coded? Is it coded to automatically render it in IE11 compatibility view the way it does for IE10?

Eric,

when our company rolled out IE11 and left enterprise mode which was running in compatibility mode for IE 8 it broke the staffing profile and a couple of other things, we had to contact the department handling the rollout and removed PPM's IP's from the enterprise mode.

My 2 cents!

I believe we have been told that IE11 should be fully supported (no compability mode)? But we are seeing at least one issue with for example the validations using Hierarchial views in 9.31 (the dialogue scroll bar does not work). Function works in Firefox.
