9.31 upgrade issue

Jump to solution
Upgrade 9.22 -> 9.31
Upgrade went fine, most stuff seems to work but we cant load:
- staffing Profiles (just shows a blank page)
- workplan (progress bar spins forever)
Known issue?, have we forgot about some prerequisites?

Here is something that I have seen with regards to workplan and IIS: when you tried to open workplan in quick view, its url contains “+” like below URL. https://ppm.whatever.com/itg/web/i18n/wb/KNTA_Resources+web/CoreResources+web/NewUI+web/WorkPlanResources+web/JS_Messages?jsonp=ng.i18n IIS treats it as “double escape sequence”. If you allows “double escape” in IIS this issue disappears. Hope this helps.

Hello Johan

Yes, I think this issue is appearing in PPM 9.3

Please try changing the HTTP port to the default one (8080)

Hi
To clearify
We use IIS https, in the front.
What port exactly do you suggest to change to 8080? In the iis or the application server for one of the user nodes?

You have to change the port everywhere, I mean there can't be any discrepancy between ports
