APM

Hi were looking at HPE APM (application portfolio management)
Im trying to find information about what integrations are supported ootb and what their values are. I would expect integrations with Service mgr (incidents, problems) and maybe ucmdb?

Re: APM

Out of the box Application Portfolio Management has an integration with UCMDB so that the different applications and supporting infrastructure (and their relationships) can be automatically created and updated in Application Portfolio Management.

There is not an out of the box integration for Application Portfolio Management with Service Manager, but I am sure the existing integration between PPM and Service Manager can be used as a building block for creating an integration between APM (Application Portfolio Management) and Service Manager for keeping track of incidents & problems logged against an application. Keep in mind that this would be customization, not configuration.

Re: APM

Thanks bl1! About "applications and supporting infrastructure" is every single one of those entities created as an Asset from a ppm perspective?

Re: APM

Looking at the request header types for the out of the box entities the only entity that uses the asset field group is the application entity.  All the other APM entities (Location, process, roadmap, server) are standard demand management request types that document information about each entity and are processed through a workflow.
