Access Denied for Public Documents

Jump to solution
When I do a self-serve knowledge search the items that are returned are either labeld Public of Customer Entitlement. I am able to open the ones labeled Customer Entitlement, but when I attempt to open any link that is labeled Public I see an Access Denied error page. The Web Functionality Team did not have a solution but said that some people in charge of the forums said this is a know issue. Is there a solution for this?

I am not sure why this post got moved to the PPM forum since it was not a PPM question, but HP seems to have fixed whatever problem was occuring on the site.

I was performing a search for a PPM related document, but the question is not about PPM but the HP Support Site.
