Adding images to notifications via HTML?

Hello All,

We are trying to embed images into our notifications via HTML. Currently, we are using the HTML tag "img src" but it is currently not finding the images or it just not working. Here is what we are trying to do:

 <img src="<server url>/sw/applications/ppmqa/images/img1.jpg"

Is there a directory they must be stored in for PPM to pick it up? Has anyone have any luck with this?

Thanks,

Jajcen

Re: Adding images to notifications via HTML?

Hello,

You can put it in a directory under {PPM_HOME}/server/kintana/deploy/itg.war

Re: Adding images to notifications via HTML?

Thanks for the reply MIF,

Tried that and it still doesnt pull the image into the notification email. This is what I did:

<img src="<PPM_HOME>/pkg/ppm/server/servicesNode1/deploy/itg.war/images/img12.jpg">

Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Re: Adding images to notifications via HTML?

Hi,

Please recheck that path begins with "{PPM_HOME}/server/{node_name}/deploy/itg.war" not "{PPM_HOME}/pkg".
