Assets.jsp null error when Personalizing Dashboard

Hi all,

Wonder if anyone out there has encountered this problem when user clicks on personalize dashboard.

A pop-up dialog indicating error with Assets.jsp. null.

The Private Pages pane still works but the Shared Pages pane fails to load after that.

I attach the screenshot of the dialog that pops-up.

This is on PPM 8.0 SP1...

Almost 5 years later and no responses yet. I hope you have found the solution yet, because we are experiencing the same issue now on 9.22.0003.

Can you give me an update on how your issue went?
