Attachments not working

Hi All
We have Migrated HP PPM 7.5 with SP6 from Windows to IBM AIX 5.3.
Now I have copied Attachment folder from old instance to new instance. After doing this we could not attach any document on the new IBM AIX machine. The error screen shot is attached.

Please help me if we need to run any script for this to happen.

Here are the steps we followed during Migration

Installed the HP PPM 7.5 on IBM AIX 5.3
Installed Service Pack SP6
Installes SAP Extenstion
Stopped the server
Dropped the Schemas
Recreated the Schemas
Imported the Database from existing instance
Copied the floders Attachments,Scripts to the new file system.

Thanks & Best Regards

Re: Attachments not working

What is the value in server.conf for com.kintana.core.server.ATTACHMENT_DIRNAME? If nothing is set in server.conf, check the value in the Server Configuration Report. Examine the contents of that directory to see if you can identify any issues.

Re: Attachments not working

Hi All

Thanks for all the support you provided.

I got the solution of this issue.Actually the database dump is older than the attachment folder that I copied. When I took the latest database dump and attachment foolder it is working fine.
Actually it is storing the files in the attachment folder with some number that is taking from the sequence KNTA_DOCUMENTS_S,So there is some transactional data happened in the database when i copied latest Attachment folder.

Thanks & Best Regards
