Clearing cache from workflow step

Jump to solution
Hello All,
We are trying to update a table component on a Proposal via a backend SQL.
Though the values are populated correctly, they dont reflect on the table component upon browser refresh, but come up only after we run kRunCacheManager.
We have updated the last_update_date and last_updated_by in kcrt_table_entries,kcrt_requests and kcrt_request_details.
To fix this:-
1)Is there any way to run kRunCacheManager from a workflow step ?
OR
2)Is there any way to use ksc_flush_cache command to clear the cache of a table component ? ( Something like ksc_flush_cache timesheet to clear timesheet cache)
Any pointers will be of great help.

Thanks,
Sandeep.

Hi Sandeep,

Use the below commands in Execution step to run kRunCacheManager.sh from workflow Step.

ksc_connect_source_server
cd /opt/ITG/bin
sh kRunCacheManager.sh A
ksc_exit

Put your source environment in the properties tab of that step.

Thanks
