Can some please guide me to what Create Work Allocations in PPM 9.14 does?

Hi Mandi,

Time Management Configuration Guide has all the details, page 11 and forward.

Don't be put off by the fact that this guide is for 9.10, there shouldn't be any differences, the same information is present in the 9.20 guide...
