Delinquent Time Sheets - Missing for returning users

Jump to solution

Hi,

How to ignore certain time periods of a user so that it is not displayed in the Delinquent Time sheet report.

Example:

I have a user A who started on 01/01/2015 and left the organisation say on 03/031/2015.

He returned back again after few months say on 10/01/2015.

As it is the same user, we use the same username and same account, with end date removed.

Now that the intermediate time periods from 04/01/2015 to 09/30/2015 - the resource doesnt have any time sheets created as they were not with the organisation. But they show up in the Delinquent Time Sheet Report.

How to ignore those periods/remove them from the report?

Any alternate solution is appreciated. Thanks.
